Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS from Colorado.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. USPS delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days once shipped, but delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues

Good Mood Club is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
