When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and ship from Colorado via USPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. USPS delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days once shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, all sales are final due to the nature of our products.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out — we’re always happy to make it right.
What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goodmoodclubshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
What are your candles made of?

All Good Mood Club candles are hand-poured in Colorado using soy wax and thoughtfully chosen, toxin-free fragrance blends. Our fragrances are free from phthalates, parabens, and other common toxins.
How do I care for my candle?

For the best burn and longest life:

  • Trim the wick to 1/4” before each lighting
  • Burn on a heat-resistant surface
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Stop use when 1/4” of wax remains
